About
Vedic Meditation

Vedic Meditation is a simple yet powerful mental technique that involves closing the eyes and allowing the mind to enter a state of deep inner silence.

Rooted in the ancient wisdom of the Veda, a body of knowledge that dates back thousands of years in India, Vedic Meditation is supported by a growing body of scientific research. Unlike other meditation practices that rely on mindfulness, concentration, or breathwork, Vedic Meditation effortlessly allows you to let go of the mind and experience profound relaxation.

Each individual is given a personalized Bija Mantra, a sacred sound that is silently repeated during meditation. This process naturally calms the mind, facilitating the release of accumulated stress and triggering the body’s healing mechanisms. This process helps to unlock your body and mind’s full potential.

Benefits

Stress relief

Vedic Meditation gives us a break from the 'doing' cycle and allows us to experience the deep levels of 'being'. When this happens, the stresses we have accumulated over a lifetime begin to gently unwind.

Practicing this technique can decrease anxiety, depression, and overall improve health, allowing you to move from a 'human doing' to a 'human being'.

Mind

Have you ever wondered where thoughts come from? Vedic Meditation allows you to experience the deep inner quiet of the mind, the very source of thought, which can feel incredibly blissful.

Practicing this technique allows you to gain mental clarity, emotional stability, and a deeper understanding of yourself.

Body

Where the mind goes the body follows. As the mind settles towards it's least excited state, the body rests at profoundly deep levels - up to 5 times more restful than deep sleep.

Practicing this technique can result in better sleep, increased energy levels, higher productivity and faster reaction times.
